From the moment we were picked up promptly at 8:00 AM, to the final drop-off at our hotel at 7:00 PM, every moment was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Iman, our exceptional Egyptologist and Tour Leader, captivated us with her deep knowledge and passion for Egyptian history. Her insightful explanations at the Giza Pyramids area provided us with a profound understanding of the ancient wonders we were about to explore. Throughout the day, she ensured that each stop on our itinerary, from the Great Pyramid burial chamber to the Sphinx Area, was not just a visit, but an enriching experience filled with historical context and cultural significance. Safety was paramount at every stage of our journey, and we felt completely at ease thanks to the expert guidance of Iman and the attentive care of our tour chauffeur, Ahmed. The itinerary, meticulously crafted by the team, allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in Egypt's treasures, from the awe-inspiring Giza Pyramids to the fascinating exhibits at the GEM museum. Special mention must be made of the unforgettable moments, such as riding camels at the Panorama Area and experiencing the exhilarating Quad ride in the pyramid's backside area. These unique experiences added an extra layer of excitement to our adventure and will be cherished memories for years to come. Need to mention here that we felt very safe due to the fact that Peter, our Tour Agent, took care of anything we needed during our adventurous Camel & Quad rides. Wow! We just wrapped up an incredible 2 day visit to Cairo with Your Egypt Tours. This was my partner and I’s first visit to Egypt and we can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish they took care of all of the details of our trip. Mona helped us to select the right itinerary for our short stay in Cairo and was clear, timely, and professional in all of her communication. We were picked up from the airport, guided through the visa and customs process, and rode in a lovely private van to our hotel with the help of Ahmed. Driving in Cairo is no easy feat and our driver Raf made us feel incredibly comfortable. We chose to visit the pyramids our first day and check out Cairo, the Khan el Khalili bazaar, and the Egyptian museum on our second day. Our guide, Mamdouh, was truly incredible. His knowledge, fun attitude, and professionalism made our experience so memorable. He is also a great photographer! Every detail of each day was taken care of including coordinating entrance fees, identifying which local vendors were reputable, and giving us a chance to learn more about the Egyptian culture. Every person we interacted with in the tour group is so welcoming and made us look forward to our next visit to Egypt. Fantastic experience on the Sunset Camel Ride. I thought we were going in a group but turns out it was just my husband and I. Hatem our guide was absolutely amazing and so was our car driver. The camel guys were great! We sat and watched the sun set over the pyramids. Best experience and highly recommend Your Egypt Tours ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you plan to go to Egypt - book your tour with Your Egypt Tours. We had an excellent experience. We initially planned our trip before Covid but had to cancel. It wasn't an issue and we were able to keep our deposit. When we finally cleared our schedules and were able to go to Egypt, Mona was very helpful in setting us up for a magnificent trip (again)! The experience was excellent from the moment we landed at Cairo Airport to our departure through customs on the return flight. Ahmed was our airport contact and was very pleasant and helpful. Taha was our guide in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria and he was awesome. Ahmed was our guide in Luxor and he did a good job. If you go to Luxor make sure you do the hot air balloon ride. One thing to note (not the company's fault.) We chose to go to Hurghada and didn't love that part of the trip. Part of the reason was the hotel (The Hilton Hurghada). I have used different tour guides in other countries and "Your Egypt Tour" definitely stacks up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We had an amazing trip to Egypt with "Your Egypt Tour"! The entire experience was seamless, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. All the hotels booked through the company were excellent. The hotel in Cairo, while a bit far from the city center (taking around an hour due to traffic), was conveniently close to the Pyramids, which worked out well. Special thanks to Ms. Menna, our Egyptologist guide in Cairo. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She provided fascinating historical insights and even treated us to ice cream one day! Mr. Mohammad, our driver, was polite, professional, and a true gentleman throughout. When we traveled to Aswan by sleeper train, we found the train conditions unacceptable (it was very dirty, and we even saw mice, DO NOT take sleeper train in Egypt). The company promptly responded to our concerns, arranging flights for our return and covering an additional hotel night without charging us extra. This level of customer service was truly exceptional, and we are incredibly grateful. In Aswan and Luxor, we were guided by Mr. Sayed Omar. His local knowledge of Luxor was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and ensured we were always comfortable. When our son fell ill due to food poisoning, he went above and beyond, helping with medication and checking in on us regularly. Mr. Hatem, our tour coordinator, ensured everything ran smoothly. From airport pickups to resolving the train-to-flight switch and every transfer, he was always professional, responsive, and efficient, answering all our questions promptly. I didn't realize how lovely the palace was. The tour guide provided us with a straightforward and engaging explanation of the structures and every minute detail by giving us anecdotes about historical individuals. The tour agent, Mona Hamdy, did a great job of communicating and organizing the perfect private tour to fit my needs.
